Clark Stone is a sales manager for Wusthof of America. Clark has worked in the Cutlery industry for 31 years and for Wusthof for 14 years. Clark teaches 75-80 knife skills classes annually. Clark's classes are very informal, and hands on. Clark prefers to teach and demonstrate techniques that the student can use every day. He also believes that education about proper care for knives is very important. Clark enjoys working with his retailers and enjoys educating the consumer about fine quality cutlery.
