Just in time for the fall apple season, learn how to make a delicious and mouth-watering apple pie. We'll start with a piece of fresh warm apple pie topped with a scoop of ice cream made in a Cuisinart Ice-Cream Maker. Then join Brad in the kitchen as he demonstrates how to use both a food processor and mixer with the dough blade to make dough for a perfect pie crust. You'll also have an opportunity to use different rolling pins, an apple peeler and other nifty kitchen tools. You don't want to miss out on this opportunity.  You will be making your own pie to take home. If you choose, you may bring your own glass 8" pie dish or disposable pie pans will be provided.

Join us in the kitchen to learn some great "keep warm" Italian soups.  Candi Oldham, Culinary Events Coordinator at Look What's Cookin', will show us some quick anytime crowd-pleasing soups. This will be an interactive hands-on class. We will learn various knife skills for prepping the ingredients for the soups, as well as, use Le Creuset cookware to cook the soups.

Have you ever wanted to upgrade your cookware only to be overwhelmed by the choices on the market today?   Well for the last four years,  Mike Suchan, owner of Look What’s Cookin’, has been sorting through the choices as well!  In our Cookware 101 class Mike will take us through the possible choices whether it’s stainless steel, aluminum or cast iron and which would be the best for you.  We’ll discuss the choices in nonstick cookware as well.  Electric, gas or induction cook top, we’ll show you which cookware is best for each type.  You will get a hands-on opportunity to try the different types and see the pros and cons of all the choices out there!   We promise it will be well worth the $10 admission charge!  Sign up early - we’ve had a lot of requests for this one.  It will fill up early!
